I am finally exercising ... Hallelujah

Now if anyone thinks about exercising, it is pretty normal thing to do for one who cares for being fit and healthy. But in my world, exercising is that one big word which needs commitment and hell of an effort. Knowing how lazy and non-committed I am, I have never ever stepped inside a gym in my whole life till date.

But for the past few years, it's been on my mind that I should start exercising specially with age increasing but hell, it is so BORING to go to the gym.

Anyway finally this week, I decided to drop my laziness and either join the gym or atleast do something about it.

Now the biggest trouble I had before joining the gym is I had absolutely no bloody clue how you start to workout or infact how do you even decide what do you need to workout or use those machines in the gym. So I asked one of my good friends if he can come with me for few days to the gym and may be tell me what to do so I won't feel ashamed ( didn't want to look dumb ass in the gym basically) which he ofcourse refused saying no time (boohoo...useless).

So I spoke to my boss ( whom I adore to bits for being always their when we need any advice and bless him for listening to my crap always!!) to recommend what can I do.  Here are the things he suggested - 30 minutes cross trainer and 10 min light weights to tone shoulders n arms (okay he did advice few more things but bloody hell 40 minutes is already too much for me so I ignored remaining part!!)

So now all excited knowing what I am going to do, I got on the cross trainer first time this week. Holy crap....jeez.....it is so tough to exercise! After 30 minutes, my legs hurt and my arms were sore....

I thought okay it's normal to feel pain after first exercise session but may be after second day, I will be fine or atleast feel better.

Day 2, I again got on to my exercise regime and my legs are feeling worse and more achy....

Now I am already having second thought if I should continue with it or chuck the whole exercising idea out from my head....pahhhh

Wish we girls were made god gifted natural beauties with best figures and without ever any need for make up or work outs.....hmmmm....life is tough!!

Disclaimer: Noone has to go through the torture of exercise!

Update as on 23.06.2016 (exactly 15 months 23 days later from this original post), I actually never bothered to get on my cross trainer or do any exercise after the day 2. I realised what is the point if I don't like it!!
